Store Cancellations, Returns & Refunds


Our store cancellation, returns and refunds Information below applies to goods purchased via our online store only. Information regarding returns, warranties and liability for racket repairs can be found in our Repairs Terms of Service.

Store Order Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order before your goods are dispatched, please submit your cancellation request by email to before midday of the day the order was placed. Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will refund your order within 14 days of the order being placed.

Store Returns Policy:

In the event of your items having already been dispatched or received, you can return your goods within 60 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange in accordance with our store refunds policy below.

In order to process refunds, goods must be returned in the condition originally supplied, have original packaging and have no sign of use. The cost of returning goods for return is your responsibility. Once goods are received in original condition we can proceed to refund or offer an exchange of goods to the equivalent value. If you wish to return your item, please fill in our returns form here and enclose this with your return. To ensure that items have been returned, we recommend you always retain proof of any return postage in the event of items not being received or damaged. 

If you return your parcel and do not retain proof of postage, or use a form of delivery which is not guaranteed, cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods and will not be able to initiate the refund process.

Store Refunds Policy:

Upon receipt of the goods in original condition, we will give you a full refund of the original amount paid or an exchange credit as required. This refund total will exclude any postage/shipping costs if paid at the time order, except in circumstances where we have sent an incorrect item, or the goods have been received by you as damaged with shipping being paid.

In order for refunds to be processed, goods must be returned and received by us in the condition that they arrived to you in. Goods must be returned and received by us complete with all the original packaging with signs of no use. Your refund will then be processed within 30 days of our receipt of the goods, and the money will be transferred to you using the same method as used in the original transaction.
