Drop & Collect

Ideal for customers who are able to drop & collect their racquets at our Maple Cross, Rickmansworth, Herts location 7 days a week between 9am-6pm, Monday to Sunday. 

We offer 3 drop & collect service option below where you can arrange to drop & collect tennis, badminton and squash racquet(s) to suit you in our drop & collect times stated. 

Payments are not taken until your racquet(s) are ready & you can pay cash on collection or via BACS in advance of collection.

Please note that restring prices include your string set & labour, but exclude any extra costed service options, products, grommets or other repairs.

1.Standard Drop & Collect:

This is our default service included in all of our published restring prices. Once racquet(s) are received, tennis and squash racquets are strung & ready for collection 72 hours “after” drop off. Badminton racquets are ready 7 days “after” drop off.

2.Express Drop & Collect:

This is our 24 hour service for tennis & squash and we charge £5 extra per frame on top of your restring price. 

Once racquet(s) are received, tennis and squash racquets are strung and ready for collection “within” 24 hours of drop off. This service is currently not available for Badminton.

3.Emergency Drop & Collect: 

This is our same day service for tennis and squash and we charge £10 extra per frame on top of your restring price. 

Once racquet(s) are received, tennis & squash racquets are strung & ready for collection same day. This service is currently not available for Badminton.
