Racquet Stringing
How it Works:
- All restring prices include your string set and labour. The only extra costs are grommet replacements and other accessories if required.
- We offer two service options below: Drop and Collect for local customers and UK Wide Returns for non-local customers.
- Both services operate at our Maple Cross, Rickmansworth location and include a simple self service process managed via text.
- You can pay by BACS or cash on collection. When your racquet is ready to be collected, BACS payments are requested in advance of collection.
Service Options:

For local customers, simply browse the Drop and Collect Turnarounds section below and then drop us a WA or Text on 07717 162581 between 9am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday to arrange a free 5 minute phone consultation. We can either suggest a suitable restring option, or discuss a specific string set you want to try.
- For UK Wide customers, simply browse the UK Wide Returns section below and then drop us a WA or Text on 07717 162581 between 9am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday to arrange a free 5 minute phone consultation. Along with our restring options, we can discuss the courier return services available if you want us to return your racquet(s).
Drop and Collect Turnarounds:
TENNIS RESTRINGS
Standard Service:
- The default turnaround included in all published tennis restring prices is racquets are strung & ready for collection 3 days after drop off.
24 Hour Service:
- Our 24 hour service is £5 extra per frame on top of your restring price.
Once racquet(s) are received, racquets are strung and ready for collection “within” 24 hours of drop off.
Same-Day Service:
- Our same-day service is £10 extra per tennis frame on top of your restring price. Once racquet(s) are received, tennis racquets are strung & ready for collection same day.
BADMINTON RESTRINGS
Standard Service:
- The default turnaround included in all published badminton restring prices is racquets are strung & ready for collection 10 days after drop off.
24 Hour Service:
- Not available at present.
Same-Day Service:
- Not available at present.
SQUASH RESTRINGS
Standard Service:
- The default turnaround included in all published tennis restring prices is racquets are strung & ready for collection 3 days after drop off.
24 Hour Service:
- Our 24 hour service is £5 extra per frame on top of your restring price.
Once racquet(s) are received, racquets are strung & ready for collection “within” 24 hours of drop off.
Same-Day Service:
- Our same-day service is £10 extra per tennis frame on top of your restring price. Once racquet(s) are received, racquets are strung & ready for collection same day.
UK Wide Return Turnarounds:
- If you are not local and would like to discuss sending your racquet in for stringing, we can discuss using Parcelforce or Evri to return it. Simply drop us a WA or Text on 07717 162581 between 9am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday to arrange a consultation.
- We can also walk you through the common restring options available if you are not sure what to go with or discuss a specific string set.
- Turnarounds are 3 days after drop off for tennis and squash.
- Badminton is up to 10 days after drop off.
