How it Works

Overview:

• We offer local customers a hassle free drop and collect stringing service.
• You can drop your racquet(s) between 9am-8pm, Monday-Sunday, to suit you.
• For customers outside Essex, we offer a UK wide return postal service.
• Restring prices include string-set, labour and the default turnaround below.
• Prices exclude replacement of grommets (if needed) or accessories (if required).
• Stringing services operate at our Hockley, Essex location disclosed in our call.
• We also supply racquet grips, accessories and provide balancing services.
• All payments are made when you collect your racquets and not at drop off.
• We accept cash on collection, or BACS in advance once racquet(s) are ready.
  
• You can collect your racquet(s) between 9am-8pm, Monday-Sunday, to suit you.

Turnarounds:

• 24 hrs for racquets dropped Monday-Friday.
• 72 hrs for racquets dropped Saturday-Sunday.
• 72 hrs for racquets dropped on bank holidays. 
• Same day service available (£5 extra) subject to capacity.
